Born out of the Irish traditional music session in Knoxville, Tennessee, and dedicated to honoring and preserving the true spirit of that Irish tradition. They also realize that music is fluid and an ever changing art form. We are grounded in tradition with undeniable influences by Ireland's traditional pipers, fiddlers and singers, but also bow our hats to the innovators of the music such as The Bothy Band, Planxty, Dervish, Lunasa and Danu.
After playing together at the local session for some time, this group came together to play a benefit concert in 2004 to save the historic Bijou Theater in downtown Knoxville and have been going strong ever since!
